📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, noodles, dumplings, and rice dishes.
• Assist the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Follow and adhere to health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
• Assist in stock control and inventory management.
• Participate in kitchen training and development programs.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring dishes are served promptly and to the satisfaction of guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools, including stoves, ovens, grills, and food processors.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with basic inventory management and stock control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
