📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen, ensuring clear communication and prompt service.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up tables, cleaning, and inventory checks.
• Stay updated on menu items and specials, and be prepared to recommend dishes to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software, such as Toast or Square.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
• Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant or food service environment is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
