In this role, you will work closely with a team of experienced professionals, utilizing industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that MEP systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for conducting regular inspections and troubleshooting any issues that may arise, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and oversee the installation of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of MEP systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MEP systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Utilize industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6 to create and manage project plans and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the facilities management team.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of MEP systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a strong background in facilities management.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of Indonesian building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays, as required by the project.
• Valid professional engineering license and membership in a relevant professional organization.
