📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify all vendor invoices using QuickBooks Online.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients to ensure smooth transactions.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to the finance team.
• Stay updated with accounting standards and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with US GAAP or IFRS is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
