Coinbase is seeking a talented and experienced CRM and Lifecycle Manager II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management system and ensuring that our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience throughout their lifecycle with Coinbase.

As a CRM and Lifecycle Manager II, you will work closely with our sales, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure that our CRM system is up-to-date and that we are leveraging the data in our CRM to drive business growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurately reflects customer interactions.
  • Work with our sales, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure that customer data is being captured and leveraged effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies for customer lifecycle management, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and advocacy.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our CRM system is being used effectively to support business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management and customer lifecycle management.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the use of our CRM system.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer relationship management and customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and experience with Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
