As a Booking & Dispatch Agent, you'll handle all incoming requests, ensuring seamless bookings and efficient dispatch of our fleet. You'll work closely with our drivers and partners to guarantee top-notch service, all while using our proprietary booking system and real-time GPS tracking tools. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process all incoming booking requests through our proprietary system.
• Coordinate with drivers and partners to ensure timely and efficient dispatch of vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor and track vehicle locations in real-time using GPS technology.
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings, payments, and vehicle usage.
• Collaborate with the operations team to optimize fleet utilization and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on local traffic conditions and road closures to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or booking role within the tourism or transportation industry.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Familiarity with booking systems and GPS tracking tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
