📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with small business owners in Bandar Lampung, understanding their financial needs and challenges.
• Assess creditworthiness and design tailored financial solutions, including loans and savings products, to support business growth.
• Provide financial education and guidance to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their financial future.
• Monitor and manage portfolios of micro-business loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit analysts, loan officers, and business development managers, to drive the success of the SMBC program.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote financial inclusion and support local economic development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in micro-banking to continuously improve services.
• Report on portfolio performance and client satisfaction to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for program enhancement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in micro-banking, credit analysis, or financial services, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of micro-finance principles, products, and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and micro-finance standards is a plus.
• Certification in financial services or micro-banking is a valuable asset.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
