📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Coordinate with the head office to ensure alignment with company-wide goals and initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the clinic.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the beauty or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Certification in skincare or beauty therapy is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
