📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
