📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and provide information about products and services.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.,Stock merchandise according to store standards and company policies.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or sales.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong customer service orientation.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
