Operations Manager

Duta Kirana Spareparts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Balikpapan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring the smooth flow of inventory management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and coordinate the work of the operations team, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operations and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the retail or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven track record of achieving operational goals and improving efficiency.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
