📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the structural design and analysis of projects

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Lead a team of structural engineers and technicians

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Conduct site inspections and reviews

Prepare and submit technical reports and drawings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering

Professional engineering license is a plus

Strong knowledge of structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Team player with a collaborative approach

Proven track record of successful project delivery
