Bright Diamond Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team in Palembang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting our operations team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the inventory system to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to prevent shortages or overstocking.,Process and manage purchase orders, including ordering, receiving, and paying for inventory.,Work with the operations team to ensure that inventory is available when needed.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder points to maintain optimal stock levels.,Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to inventory.,Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,1-3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
