📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel maintenance, preferably in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or general building maintenance.
• Proven expertise in maintaining and repairing electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
