📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement franchise strategies to drive the expansion and growth of PT. Pendekar Bodoh's brand in Jakarta Raya.
• Manage and mentor franchisees to ensure they meet performance targets and maintain high standards of quality.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for franchise expansion.
• Collaborate with regional managers and the corporate team to ensure alignment between franchise and corporate goals.
• Oversee the training and development of franchisees to enhance their operational and managerial skills.
• Monitor and evaluate franchise performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures across all franchise locations.
• Represent PT. Pendekar Bodoh at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a franchise network.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using franchise management software such as FranConnect or Franchise Support System.
• Certification in franchise management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
