📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute high-impact events and promotions, from concept to completion, ensuring they align with brand objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive customer engagement.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless event execution, including logistics, budgeting, and risk management.
• Analyze event performance data using tools like Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Eventbrite to optimize future campaigns.
• Develop and maintain promotional materials, including digital and print ads, social media content, and email campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management and promotion.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure high standards of performance and creativity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in event management and promotion, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in using event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or Bizzabo.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
