📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2C, B2B, and B2G sectors.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute market expansion initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to market expansion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
- Support the company's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of B2C, B2B, and B2G markets in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
