📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to meet sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve overall store objectives.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
