📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead nurse in providing patient care and treatment.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the lead nurse.,Administer medications as prescribed by the lead nurse.,Assist in preparing and maintaining patient records.,Perform basic nursing tasks such as wound care, dressing changes, and catheter care.,Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment.,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on patient care.,Promote a safe and clean work environment by following infection control protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Nurse or similar role.,Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and medical terminology.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with infection control and patient safety protocols.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Valid nursing license or certification (preferred but not required).
