Resto Rama Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing dental clinic in Rembang, Jawa Tengah.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and conduct training programs for new and existing staff members.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements where necessary.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff during training sessions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest dental practices and training methodologies.,Assist in the development of new training initiatives and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development in a healthcare or similar industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with dental practices and procedures is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.,Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
