📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and availability, and implement improvements as needed.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems, including data backup and disaster recovery.,Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure the effective and efficient use of IT resources.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them as needed.,Provide training and support to new employees, as well as ongoing training to existing employees.,Work with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.,Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Experience with IT security and data backup and recovery.,Experience with IT support and troubleshooting.,Experience with IT project management and collaboration with other teams.,Experience with IT training and support for employees.,Experience with IT policy and procedure development and implementation.
