📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to identify the best candidates for the roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiters and headhunters.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
