Develop and implement risk management strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.,Oversee the risk assessment and mitigation processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.,Lead and mentor the Risk Strategy & Governance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address emerging risks and opportunities.,Monitor and report on key risk indicators, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and governance frameworks across the organization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management and governance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, strategic planning, or a similar leadership role within the financial services industry.,Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, including Basel III, IFRS, and COSO.,Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
