📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide primary and secondary medical care to employees, including treating injuries, illnesses, and managing chronic conditions.
• Conduct regular health screenings and vaccinations to ensure the well-being of our workforce.
• Administer first aid and emergency medical care in accordance with company safety protocols.
• Monitor and report on workplace health and safety issues to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the occupational health and safety team to implement and maintain health and safety programs.
• Educate employees on health and safety practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest medical and safety practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Nurse or in a similar healthcare role in an industrial setting.
• Certification as an Industrial Nurse or equivalent, preferably from a recognized institution such as the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA).
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, including OSHA and other relevant local regulations.
• Proficiency in using medical software and tools, such as electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and adapt to changing priorities.
