📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals and the needs of the employees.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions to address those needs.,Implement and manage learning and development initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and online courses.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure that learning and development programs are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, and apply this knowledge to enhance our programs.,Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees to help them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories, models, and best practices.,Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software tools.,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations.
