Berjaya Insurance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team in Tanjung Balai. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for a professional who can hit the ground running. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our sales team in the region, ensuring we meet and exceed our sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team in the Tanjung Balai region.,Set and achieve sales targets for the region.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Report regularly to the regional manager on sales performance and regional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of insurance products and the ability to explain them effectively to clients.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales management software and tools.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and have good English communication skills.
